Bin Laden: Goal is to bankrupt U.S.
Al-Jazeera releases full transcript of al Qaeda leader's tape
Monday, November 1, 2004 Posted: 8:07 PM EST (0107 GMT)

(CNN) -- The Arabic-language network Al-Jazeera released a full transcript Monday of the most recent videotape from Osama bin Laden in which the head of al Qaeda said his group's goal is to force America into bankruptcy.

"And it all shows that the real loser is you," he said. "It is the American people and their economy."

As for President Bush's Iraq policy, Bin Laden said, "the darkness of black gold blurred his vision and insight, and he gave priority to private interests over the public interests of America.

"So the war went ahead, the death toll rose, the American economy bled, and Bush became embroiled in the swamps of Iraq that threaten his future," bin Laden said.

Bin Laden = CIA = Covert Agenda with 911 as a lynch pin = doom for the US (budgets, healthcare, soc sec, bankruptcy bill etc........)

I guess Bin Laden got the game plan from Rove last year.

1. Well, it's nice to know Bush and bin Laden share the same goal.
Only natural, I suppose, since Bush has been the best thing that ever happened to bin Laden.

:grr:

2. This probably wasn't UBL's original intention, but it sure is working well
now. It is a safe claim to make now.

3. Just like we did to the Soviet Union. Glad UBL found such a willing
partner in GWB.

4. DH and I were talking today about the BK law and decided it took
the Depression to give FDR the clout to start up the social safety net after Hoover trashed the country, so W is playing the Hoover role and now (after a few VERY ugly years) we'll have to get the Dem's to put them back in. I just weep for the folks caught in the grinder inbetween.

5. Hey, that's the Neocon's goal too!

See there is common ground after all.
The neocons want to kill off the FED's power by defaulting it via deficits.

8. Afghanistan contributed to the Soviet Union's collapse
They got in over their head and couldn't get out. How long can The US sustain $5 billion a week in Iraq?

No wonder the Chimp wants to get rid of Social Security.

9. Afghanistan was our proxy in that fight. I guess you don't remember
who armed and trained the Mujahadeen & UBL!

11. I do remember,
And was just trying to say that the money the Soviets poured into that war for oil helped destroy their ecomomy. Seems like we may be following suit. National debt at an all tome high, oil prices rising, trade deficit soaring while we spend billions a week in Iraq.

I don't know what the end result will be, but this isn't healthy.

12. Bush has no insight and never did. Bin Laden can twiddle his
thumbs and just let Bush do his work on our economy.

Eventually, revolution follows economic collapse.

And the U.S. sorely needs a fresh start ...

16. This transcript was available before the election...
but Bush/Rove told corporate media to keep it out of the news and as usual, they gladly complied.
