9. To discover a whore-

in the middle of political power is of little importance! The power to stop "all" of the truth from being published anywhere in the world by "any means" has to be a crime.
Those establishing this crime in a government need to be charged and when found guilty, be punished. Total exile, with families of all, to a very small island to live out their lives together dependent on the world's charity would not be to harsh! (in my opinion)
Should any of those persons wish to exonerate themselves, with truths they know given to the world, they might be pardoned!
