They are showing the program with the soldiers suffering from PTSD returning from Iraq now. Just kids, you guys! "A Soldier's Heart".

We are taping, don't miss it.

2. This is where I came in
It's Vietnam, all over again, and for the same reason.

War destroys even the human beings who survive it.

We need to make damned sure there is no other alternative, and that means redefining the mission of our military to a defensive one and putting the Pentagon on a strict diet. Cleaning the PNAC ideologues out of it would be a great idea, too.

5. This program had the same effect upon me. Lots and lots of tears for
all the pain. I'm a survivor of child abuse, many of the symptoms for PTSD ring home. It is incredibly sad and there are so many coming home that need so much help. It's going to be worse than any of us ever saw from Vietnam, or at least that is my personal fear.

7. I'm sorry, it's rough and we are in for a long rough ride. If you are in
the North Texas area, go to www.dallaspeacecenter.org and you will be able to link into all kinds of resources.

Peace,
S
