is anybody else steamed about "Uncle Bucky" and his war profits?

I read about Bush's relative on DU yesterday, and I woke up early this morning, upset enough that I couldn't go back to sleep. I really, really hope that the decision of the higher-ups to reject the donated vehicle armor and buy it from contractors instead was based on genuine safety concerns about experimental designs, or even on "not following proper procedure", rather than some kind of profit motive.
