voice. Would like everyone to 'fess up and admit to whether or not they even had any of those sorts of "forbidden thoughts," related to September 11th.

One of mine is that this year I may try to think of anything and everything other than September 11, such as about my classes, the books I had on order through Amazon.com and Amazon.co.uk, as well as about an upcoming pet expo in Calgary on the last weekend of September that with any luck I am going to get to go to.

On edit other forbidden thoughts I had were how I felt sorry for the American schoolkids for they would end up being harrassed mercilessly if they dared wear anything other than red, white and blue on that day, as well as anyone in the States, with a Sept 11. birthday who couldn't even think of celebrating without being treated like an "unpatriotic asshole."

On double edit I thought it was also a "load of bullcrap" that "everything had changed" on that day.

I remembered e mailing an e mail friend in the UK and telling them how Bush was probably behind it to give himself the ready made crisis he needed to make everyone rally 'round him and forget he came into office "under a cloud of illegitimacy and doubt."
