All of sudden, Guckert is talking again (I thought he said he wasn't doing that anymore), and is essentially looking for dates to WH functions, he is selling his escort domains (see americanblog), keeping a "journal", and hinting of comparisons to Monica (see E&P).

7. I don't necessarily agree. If he can be tied in any concrete way to the

hooligans at shrubco, his lack of credibility becomes a rather big problem.

It already is, in the sense that there's obviously no way that JG would have been in the WH press gaggle unless shrubco wanted it that way. We may not have the documents or testimony on that now, but the fact is obvious on the face of it.
