I've figured out he was posing as a reporter in the WH, but was not really a reporter.

There is a "scandal" of a sexual nature about him.

I THINK the scandal is supposed to have some connection to - what? whom?

There is such an avalanche of information on this subject that it has had the opposite effect on me and has overwhelmed me until I have given up on even trying to understand it all.

Can someone in a sentence or two say what is going on? PLEASE, PLEASE be brief - and thanks ahead of time. :)

Asks "questions" during press briefings which aren't questions at all, but in fact are thinly veiled slams against democrats. Roughly along the lines of "Mr. Bush is so good and pure, how can he lower himself to working with the likes of Kerry, by the way I brought a photo of Kerry and Jane Fonda for the home audience to see.
