What are the expiring provisions of the Patriot Act?
During the Gonzalez swearing in ceremony (another embarrassing moment in our nation's history), Bush* said he wanted Congress to "renew expiring provisions" of the Patriot Act.

I thought the whole thing was due to expire soon which is why Patriot II was being readied. Is this not the case? Anyone have a link to the Act and expiration dates of the various segments?
