watching both sides do horrible things
and then accussing the other of being the only perputator.

we as a nation (dare I say world even) need to wake up, educate ourselves and find common ground instead of just the ignorant bleating of the same hate speech that continues the mess we are in.

democrats have done bad and horrible things - read your history.
republicans have done bad and horrible things - read your history.

Stop being willingly controlled people! wake the hell up and break from the indoctrination that has been forced on us by our so called leaders and corporations.

From day one we are indoctrinated into an us versus them mentality through school sports, professional sports, our way is the right way, our 2 party political system, the corporation run lives. etc, etc..

the seperation from our neighbor needs to end.

Find the common ground and build community!

take a read from

MLK, Ghandi, Jesus, Buddha, Lao-tzu, Bahá'u'lláh, Muhammad
and on and on and on.....

hate does not bring about peace or justice or understanding.

2. moderate is best
if we had a more moderate president, maybe some stuff would get done. instead, we have two sides screaming at each other and fighting everything the other side does. its pretty sad.

4. And I'm tired of the "hate" accusations.
You are mistaking anger for hate. There is a difference.

5. Reading is important
"democrats have done bad and horrible things - read your history.
republicans have done bad and horrible things - read your history."

The trouble is most people are don't read beyond their limited selection of news sources, and that keep confirming their beliefs. It has come to the point where dialogue betweeen the two is impossible, we can't even agree on basic definitions. I agree it is truly deplorable that most people nowadays attack the messenger by default, rather than apply some thought to the message itself. Is there a way out of this bog?

If you know of a working common platform, please let me know.
