Recent NASA Failures Actually Caused by Lockheed Martin
"There is a lot of talk these days about how NASA is in trouble. A series of high profile failures in the past few years have reduced the agency's credibility. Yet after a little research I found that many of the most recent failures have not been the fault of NASA, but of one of their contractors, that contractor being Lockheed Martin."

3. Could be true I would need to see more than the accusation
but NASA also has a part to play in it. If you are paying a few million up to a couple billion dollars for an item shouldn't you be doing some testing on the ground before you send it on a one way trip?
