Any ideas how to promote a website?
Does anyone out there know a cheap way to promote a website? I've been posting it on craigslist.org and swapping links with other sites, but I'd like to go a little bigger. Anyone with knowledge on this subject would be welcomed to respond. Thanks!

1. Boost your Google page rank
You can do that for free by getting listed in the Open Directory: http://www.dmoz.org

Right now you have a page rank of 2, and that should go up once you get listed. Your rank of 2 is good, though, for a site not listed in the Open Directory.
