the article's almost a year old. I don't know if the bill was even introduced, but if so, it went nowhere and wouldn't go anywhere if reintroduced. Remain calm.

no, it won't pass. And even if it did, the constitutional question is far from settled. It's very unlikely it would be upheld.

5. this bill is unconstitutional on its face . . .
and the Supreme Court is NOT going to agree to the lessening of their own power . . . even a Republican Court . . .
