What is the Lionel Show?

Because, I was sitting in the car this evening, flipping through the dials whilst waiting on my son and a station that has been a Freeper paradise, playing Hannity and whacky preacher and Armsrtong Williams was, this eve, playing The Lionel Show.

It sounded, gasp, PROGRESSIVE. Naw... couldn't be. Not in conservative East Tennessee.

Seriously, I Googled the show and it had some funny stuff about Shrub on there, but didn't really tell me much about the show or the political leanings of "Lionel."

Don't bash me for not knowing. I have been trapped in super Freeper land, radio wise, for years and years; therefore, my progressive radio knowledge is very limited.

1. Lionel has a nationally syndicated radio show.

He's an ex-prosecutor from Florida who is really a libertarian and refuses to be defined.

He has an opinion about everything.

Lionel is against the Iraq War.

He is vehemently anti-neo-con.

He calls the Bullshit as he sees it.

He runs a great show, most of the time. He says his Libertarian but I don't buy it for a minute. One of my favorite shows was when he challenged "Bush lovers" to call in and tell him one good thing about *. He knocked them all out of the park.
