Condi "wonderful opportunity" quote: worst ever?

The incoming top U.S. diplomat calling the tsunami a "wonderful opportunity" was bad, but was it as bad as the president of the U.S. saying this, three months after 9/11:

4. Caught a little something on NPR at noon...Condi saying that she

was sorry about the 'American' deaths in Iraq. What about the coalition of the willing? What about the Iraqis?
