What is with this latest "limousine bomb" publicity?
Um, why on earth would 'official' sources keep braying how worried they are about this?

WASHINGTON (AFP) - US officials working on security for President George W. Bush's second presidential inauguration fear terrorists could use limousines packed with propane gas canisters for an attack.

...Even though the Bush inauguration is not mentioned in the document, segments are being passed around among US intelligence officials, according to Time.

=====
FLASHBACK:

The German News Agency said the German people were deeply grateful that no serious harm had come to their leader and that fate had allowed him to "accomplish his great task".

"The attempt which has failed must be a warning to every German to redouble his war effort," said the newsreader.

And the deputy head of the press, Helmut Suendermann, stated: "The German people must consider the failure of the attempt on Hitler's life as a sign that Hitler will complete his tasks under the protection of a divine power."

This is the third attempt on Hitler's life and underlines the tension in Germany now faced with a two-front war as the allies take northern France and the Red Army close in on the Reich.

2. This week's "terrorist's might do" thread
Last week was biological weapons... before that, was it not Liquid
natural gas tankers... no.. it was green laser pointers... YAAWWWNNN..

I wonder what the stupid scare story will be for next week....

I bet karl rove has a list of 205 more of these terrorists might do
topics to be released 1 per week the entire time the murderous felons
are in office.

I wonder if he's considered what "citizens might do" to a bunch of
people who've torn up the constitution, murdered their children in
an illegal war and run off with the treasury.... indeed, that should
be their real concern.

3. All that's left is fear.
Snips from the Yahoo article:

fear

fear - could - attack

Fears of an attack

Al-Qaeda document

spread terror and chaos

Just about sums it up.

4. Because they need an explaination when they
start shooting at innocent protestors.

"We had intelligence showing that they were a possible security threat..."

7. Limo sales to the Middle East are down at the moment ...
... so Bush thought he'd help some of his donors out by sponsoring
an ad campaign.

8. Because they feed on the "Fear factor" Its really all they have...
They certainly can't run on issues so there has to be a constant threat to all Murikans.

9. easy to see through this bullshit
they are trying to justify the extraordinary "security" measures they need for this coronation - saying it's "post 9/11" stuff when in reality they are having to deal with the most despised man on earth - both throughout the world AND here in America.
