He's got this little, meeky Mike Tyson voice...and he flaps his hands in a very effeminate way all the time. Sometimes he flashes this little smirk too.

I think a lot of these Republicans are self-hating, in the closet gays...that would explain the virulent self-hatred in the form of the anti-gay stances of the Party.
