5. The Hague / Remember when Bushler...

Is the Hague investigating these war crimes? Will they investigate these?

Remeber when Bushler tried to have the U.S. made immune from being charged with war crimes? I think this was in 1991 before 911.

Am I wrong or didn't they try to do this? What ever was the outcome?
