Who exactly are the 'idiotic 30%' in our country?
Edited on Fri Dec-10-04 03:52 PM by ck4829
If I remember correctly, exactly 30% of the people in our nation believe:

Vince Foster was murdered by Bill and/or Hillary Clinton

That Iraq had WMD and was planning to use them on America ASAP.

There are more things, but I can't find them right now. Who are these people?

1. Their name is Steve
And they live at 23.32 Weeping Willow Way.

In truth they are all over the place. Many I'd guess believe that on teh basis of poor research and "where there's smoke there's fire." Others believe it for more cynical reasons.

Sadly, my guess is that some of these idiots may work with us.

9. Limbaugh
I honestly think that Limbaugh is more responsible than anyone for the current mess we're in. He popularized the "liberal media bias" lie that makes it impossible to change the minds of that 30% about anything. Essentially, anything that doesn't come from Rush or Fox or a few other media outlets can't be trusted, even though it's generally far more accurate factually than anything Rush will ever tell you. What puzzles me is that, even when you do demonstrate that Rush has told them a huge lie, they're completely untroubled by it. Take Al Franken's dittohead friend. Nearly every day, Franken convinces him that Rush has misled him about something, and the next day he comes on, still a dittohead. I'm honestly at a loss to understand the whole phenomenom.

12. You're so right
I watched it happen before my eyes. People I know drank the Kool-Aid. I kept waiting for our side to do something about it. I'm still ticked that it took this long to finally get something like Air America. Now where the hell is our cable news network?!!
