about telling the truth every day...about how they had no plans...didn't discuss policy....criticized anybody who went off message....said he was glad he was out of there....said Tommy Thompson's "truth telling" after he resigned is what he did from the first day on the job.....

I found it interesting that he said the admin never directly confronted him but went through the media to do it....thought that was sort of odd.....

6. I think Thompson said he felt free

to tell the truth (or maybe he said his opinion) because he no longer worked for the administration. Stewart commented how Thompson acted like a weight was lifted off his shoulders.
