San Francisco rally report

The weather was crisp this morning, and became warmer as the day went on. Folks from all around the Bay Area descended upon the KGO TV offices (ABC). One TV channel (KNTV - NBC11) covered the story. We had a robust list of speakers including a statistician, the Berkeley Study folks and others.

Moving over to Boxer's office, a small contingent were welcomed into their office while we rallied outside. The folks that went inside held a meeting (pre-scheduled, and apparently welcomed) with Boxer's staff, and encouraged her leadership.

In the mean time, we had music from http://www.laramiecrocker.com, the Raging Grannies, and more speakers including Andrea Buffa (Media Alliance, Global Exchange) and Starhawk.

Even encouraged us to come rally - said they supported us.
