We all know this uranium flap is going to be used by the VRWC to coverup all the other lies and deceptions of this criminal regime. I keep wondering when the next "shocking revelation" pops up in their dismal radar and the wonks use the uranium flak to quell any questioning of the BushCo liars. Instead of being the can opener for a huge can o' worms, the niger scam will become the wax on the mason jar of lies canned by the MW and their masters in the WH. Any thoughts? Do you think this will be the light breaking through the clouds of deceit?

1. What I think

I think Walter Pincus of the Washington Post is going to be really busy this weekend. Too many anonymous sources have put their necks on the line for this one. Bush and Tenet and Rove lobbed it back over the net. I think that some of the intelligence types have already committed to getting the truth out. If the whole matter was dropped at this point, there would be some career people with no career left.

I also think Tenet was too wordy with his two-page statement. He's left a lot of stuff hanging out there. We'll see what happens to it.
