What would happen if all democrats "forgot" to file their income taxes (bar those who would get significant refunds, natch)?

1. The people who actually did it would probably be much less than 1%

but those who proposed it would probably by inclined to carry through on the thought. The Feds would arrest and prosecute them and then you would have to change your name to a more realistic number. :evilgrin:
