1. I really wanted to work in "white-collar crime".
Some of these CEOs should be the ones hanged from the highest tree, before we deal with the street punks...

2. Well anyone who willfully takes another person's life
should get life without parole. Period. I'm talking about first degree murder here, not manslaughter or vehicular type crimes. And baby rapers are the lowest of the low and deserve every bad thing that happens to them. However, there is no way that a person that smokes a joint or two should be locked up, especially with hardened criminals. And as far as property crimes, they are not exactly "victimless" crimes, but usually nobody's getting physically hurt, so the people who commit these type of crimes should probably do some sort of jail time, but in a rehab type of environment rather than a punishment environment. By the way, this is a good poll question.
