A New Way To Starve the Beast: www.sorrywe'refull.com
This site does not yet exist, but I think it should:

I read somewhere on here the other day a story about a NYC restaurant where Jenna and Barbara had tried to get a table only to be told by the maitre d' that they were full, and would in fact be full for the next 4 years. Now, I don't know if this is an urban legend or not, but if that maitre d' exists, then I love him, and I would like to encourage others to emulate his example.

So someone who has server space should put up a website calling for all restaurateurs, nightclubs, chichi boutiques, etcetera, to pledge never to serve Bush, any member of his family, or anyone in his cabinet. It could be done. I would sleep just a little easier knowing that Bush and his minions and spawn weren't able to go out of the house without getting a door slammed in their faces at some point.

C ya,

The Plaid Adder

2. It is beding done to a point
many of us are now doing business ONLY with like minded people.

But I like the idea... and would like to extend it to ANY Democratic Owned restaurant and Republican Members of Congress and Senators.

I had a call from MBNA and told them the same thing! If enough of us do it, they will know, at the very least, they risk their profits by giving some to the repubs.

5. I think it only serves to further divide the country
I love it. But the logical conclusion would be separate restaurants for Republicans and for normal people.

I say the best door we could slam would be a real media. And doing less driving. The beast thrives on gasoline sales.

6. At the very least, drive the speed limit
It saves wear and tear on your car, saves gas and infuriates the leadfoots who are more likely to be repubs imo.

9. driving the posted limit does not automatically save gas
knowing how to drive does. i suggest getting a vacuum gauge and learn to use it for anyone who is economy minded. that will save you more gas that the govt mandated speed limit.

now while were dishing out advise, about those cyclists that pick and choose which traffic laws to follow, how do i tell which ones are rethugs and which are dems?
