Monetary value if Iraqi's lives established
The Army is paying people who can demonstrate serious injury or death of a loved one between $500 and $2500.

our $200,000,000,000 / 25,000,000 Iraqis = $8000 that we've already spent per Iraqi.

1. And the "monetary value" of a WTC victim?
5-10 million dollars. No disrespect intended.
