SADDAM RECORDS--WHERE ARE THEY??????
I read several months ago that Saddam records detailing names of ones he tortured plus the fact that ,over prior ten years, 100 were missing.

Are these records hushed up.

How bad it would look had Saddam killed only 100 over ten years while Bush had executed far more during same period without legal review.

anyone have any knowledge?

1. Keep Things in Perspective
Amnesty International estimates the number of dead and missing persons under Saddam "in the tens of thousands". There were 152 executions when Bush was governor.

2. Hussein had no torture and rape camps, that was all a pack of lies.
NO evidence has been found to substantiate the demonization of hussein.

Why would AI, Human Rights Watch, and the UN all lie? Are they in cahoots with Bush?

5. Lotta conjecture with no substance.
Primarily, no evidence. No witnesses, no bodies, no mass graves.

9. That just stupid....
No one was saying Saddam was a great guy. They said that the Bush administration and the right wing proproganda machine tossed out a bunch of lies and distortions and exaggerations to make to further their own agenda. Setting the record straight is not praise, it's called searching for and exposing the truth. Is it really such a bad thing to demand truth?

3. Give the administration time
They will produce for you any document you need. It will be forged. They have no problem with lying to you in order to sell their product (endless war).

You want paper evidence of WMD?
Sure, give us a month.

You want documents showing a nuclear program?
No problem!

You need documents proving a link to Al Qaeda and 9/11?
Shit, we have reams of them, just off the presses.

You are looking for the contract between Saddam and the Devil, plus photos from the vacation in France they took together?
Thats a bit of a tall order. We need five months. But we can get it.

10. Good Point
I would be interested to see how many executions Saddam did (as opposed to internecine fight casualties) too.
