I am tired hearing about Clinton
he is the monday morning quarterback. He did not leave his term with a lot of grace. Please don't get me wrong, I like Clinton but maybe I am just tired of hearing Kerry should have done this or that. Kerry did what he thought was right, I didn't see the DNC doing much to support Kerry or even those in Congress or the Senate.

The DNC lost the election, Kerry was screwed in many ways. Don't blame Kerry, if there is blame it is the DNC. They supported Kerry when they decided money was needed..... then all of a sudden the DNC used Kerry.

Compare the RNC and their senators and the congress-- most took shrub's back, only a few did not. I did not see this with our group. The DNC spoke when $$$'s came into the picture then it was let's help Kerry bull.... The same thing happened with Gore, this happens everytime. The DNC needs to look for supporting our candidates, but they don't. They are wimps.

Time for Dean to take over.... he at least supported the candidates.

3. I dont blame you
I like Kerry better than Clinton, I personally feel Kerry is what is said about Clinton, a genuinely affectionate man who really cares about people, sure he doesn't show it but he is a man who cares.

5. Kerry's campaign was what I wanted to see.
Kerry is an excellent public servant. I refuse to second guess the campaign, the candidate, or whatever.

We need to educate the youth, and get them to support human rights and progressive principles. Maybe the religious right and their ignorant beliefs will disappear soon.

6. I'm not second guessing Kerry or
the campaign, I am second guessing the DNC -- they appeared when money was needed.

Bush won because the RNC supported him, they were solid behind No one dare criticize him because the RNC had his back. According to the RNC shrub could do no wrong. No one spoke against him (except for a couple this time around).

On the other hand I didn't see this strong support behind Kerry but never see support behind any Democratic candidate. That is our problem, we are wishy washy. One day we like the person, the next day we don't like him and we let the world know about it. It is not the issues but standing behind a campaign. Perhaps the word is consistency. The RNC is steady, the DNC is here one day, not the other.

Kerry had the base, the DNC did not support the base.

Not sure if I am getting point across though.

Crap DNC, support your candidates and don't falter.

7. Well, I certainly agree with you there.
The DNC support was pitiful. I don't suppose that it would be possible to take our party back ... no, that's wishful thinking.

8. I agree. Kerry got stabbed in the back
by the people who should have been supporting him all the way. After the election results came in, who was in Kerry's corner? No one - not the media, not the party, no one. I've heard so many Democrats criticize Kerry for doing this or not doing that or campaigning poorly - it makes me see red. That man gave it his all, and now he's become the sacfificial lamb for the party poobahs who are looking to run someone more in line with their own agenda. It's disgusting and shameful. I believe with all my heart that John Kerry had our back. But the people who were supposed to have his betrayed him and let him get shot down, then blamed him for it. God, it pisses me off.
