1. also told
Wolf he was asking the wrong questions and had the wrong information.

Wolf tried to point out the two labs as proof.

Scott said: Wrong again.....another time that Bush deceived us. Those two labs were not capable of making WMD's.

Good for Ritter

7. If Wolfman is supposed to be a journalist

How in the name of heaven can he not already have known the supposed WMD trailers have been debunked ages ago?

2. I just wish he would have a tone conveying facts in evenhanded way
rather than adopting a tone of delivering polemics against Bush at every turn. What I mean is...I'm sold and so are most on this board, but a different approach to these interviews might win more people over to his viewpoint--which is what we're after here.

BUt again...I know Wolf would try to eat him for lunch if he exposed a weakness. And I know RItter feels quite justifiably very antagonized by the powers that don't like him stepping forward in such an articulate way.

3. Don't you think the fact that he speaks so FORCEFULLY and doesn't
allow himself to be talked over is the only way he can get his facts out....If you're soft spoken they talk all over you!...IMO

6. I love it!
I like the way Ritter straightens out people like Wolf instead of sof-selling the facts. I wish more politicians would lay it out so clearly as Ritter did.

BTW, I checked over at freeperville and they are mostly blaming the CIA or anyone other than shrub. A few think the uranium story is still true, but no one seems ready to buy that * would lie to them to help sell his war. They keep indicating that the ends (ousting of SH)justify the means.

9. Try thinking of it this way.

Warning! Bicycle-racing analogy coming.

A good team effort in many sports requires that some team members act as "windbreaks" or outlyers. The trick is to keep just ahead of the rest and not get too far in front. Sometimes the rest of the team gets stupid/lame/lazy and the lead racer's efforts are wasted. Part of the "success" of the Reichwing has been its extremists -- even to the point of them willing to take a bullet for the team. They make the rest of the pack look better, even though the windbreaker, in trying to fall back to the resting position at the back of the pack sometimes falls off too far.

Ritter's a good Marine. He's throwing his body on the concertina wire so his teammates can use it like a bridge.

(I love mixing metaphors.)

Now, after this has been explained, continuing to throw rocks at the forerunner will indicate what team the rockthrower is really on.

4. Ritter was factual and extremely to the point,
and Blitzer let him finish every question. I've rarely watched Blitzer, but when Ritter called him on his inaccuracies, Blitzer actually looked intimidated. I noticed a slight tremor in his voice, and his neck started to turn red.

8. Wolf Still Trying To Protect
Bush, but Ritter wouldn't budge - I will definately support Ritter and purchase his book when it's released. He must be feeling pretty good right now.

MEMO

From: Karl Rove, White House
To: Network Executives

Subject: Scott Ritter

Please cease and desist having Scott Ritter on any of your networks. He is well informed and easily exposes our current spin points as bull shit. I'll have a "nasty" story planted about him over the weekend.

Yours,

Karl

11. Somewhat Off Subject But
can anyone explain why Donna Brazil is still being used to speak for the democrats on programs like Cross Fire today? Could be wrong but she sounds like rethug lite to me.
