The song is "No W" by Ministry, from there latest album "Houses of the Mole". Every song on the album begins with the letter "W".

I saw Ministry perform live on Election Day, in Nashville, TN. (I was hoping the concert would end with a victory celebration.)

However, they played this song to open the show, and a man appeared on stage in a Bush mask (part of the show), walking around, waving, patting himself on the back, etc... and near the end of the song, the lead singer of Ministry kicked him down, began beating him, etc... Over the top and extreme for sure, but it definitely got the message across.
