And it occurred to me, as I looked at their visually graphic signs of fetuses, that it would be instructive for us to emulate them.

How about putting together some anti-war posters/signs, complete with the very graphic pictures we've all seen here on DU: children missing limbs, parents mourning their dead.... If that tactic works on pro-lifers, let's try to turn them into pro-ALL-lifers.

The common folk never think through what would happen if abortion were outlawed. That is, how the hell would we take care of hundreds of thousands and even millions of unwanted babies? They'd have to cough up more taxes and we'd have to expand the welfare state.

And the Radical Rightwing GOP leadership really doesn't want to win on abortion. The issue is too valuable to them as a wedge. That's why they talk big but haven't done a damn thing to help the Anti-Rights crowd even though they have a RepubliCON White House, Congress, Senate, and a 7-2 SCOTUS.

Print photos of dead or wounded Iraqi children and put them everywhere: telephone poles, your car, flyers...stand on street corners with big poster boards; there are all kinds of messages you can put with them--Bible verses, particularly quotes of Jesus, are great.

It's time to shove the reality of the Iraq War in these people's faces. No Rethuglican better EVER call ME a babykiller!
