I am writing book about religious right and spiritual left, and all the research I have seen shows Islam to be the fastest growing religion not only in US but in world. Second fastest growing in U.S. is wicca/earth religions. This does not bode well for Christian right, esp. since the fastest shrinking religion in U.S. is protestantism, followed by Catholicism. I will try to find the links I used, but this stuff is pretty much common knowledge amongst us ministers and writers and it may make things pretty interesting in years to come for right wing Christians!

maps have nearly the whole world painted as though it will be fully evangelized and converted soon.

10. I posted this on a board last year and was dismissed with

much derision. This true and has been true for the past couple of decades. I always said that it wasn't communism that would be the downfall of the US but Islam--and I said that 30 years ago.
