We all saw article after article stating that the CIA told bush that he was about to tell lie.

In addition, you only have to check out his public statements around that time to see all the weasel words he was using to avoid commiting an impeachable offence. Technically, he only impied that Iraq had Nukes/wmds. One doesn't use weasel words except to avoid the consequences that result from telling a lie.
