Kentucky is now safe from Gay Marriage.
I'm glad with all the major problems we have in this country and in this commonwealth that our state legislature took the time to craft a resolution that deprives some of our citizens of the right to get married. <heavy sarcasm>

3. I'm sure all those heterosexual marriages have been strengthened
now that the threat of gay marriage is gone.

7. Exactly.

The world would come to an end if Greekspeak and I were able to get married. We've been together for 9 years now and if we were a man and woman instead of two men, we would be considered commonlaw married. My biggest fear is if he were to get hurt badly (gods forbid!) they would not let me into his emergency room because I'm NOT married to him or am not some other family member.

9. how does gay marriage hurt me?
I do not get it. The only threat to my marriage
is the big lug I married who is sitting in
front of the tv with a beer.

11. Yes!
And we have a Senator who relies on Fox for his news instead of reading a newspaper.

Praise Jesus! The Commonwealth is safe!
