We are not Slaves! Stand up and fight
Edited on Wed Nov-03-04 03:25 PM by goclark

If my ancestors could rise above slavery.we can rise up against GWB!
This is not the time to get weary.
This is the time to take action.

I am sick of the cry babies,DU needs only winners!
That is why we are hailed as activists!

Just a few ideas...
Why did Bush "WIN?"
First of all, he did not win, Diebold won!

From now on GWB is unPresident Diebold!

With every fiber of my being I worked to get Kerry elected. Everyone on this board did too.

Now we are in 1864 again, what do we need to do?
Do we hide in our closet and beg the Master Bush to set us free? Hell no!!

We step out into the light and run for office, volunteer to be on county committees,do everything that will let us see how they are stealing this country.

Let's take our message from the name of our site, go Underground. That is what Rove did. He did not let us see him quietly placing spies in the media, operatives in key positions in the Secretary of State's offices in every county in America, making us think it was a close election and on and on.

They stole the election!
Kerry did not steal it!

We must now be foot soldiers for the Democratic party!

Stop complaining and get it together.
Where is our creativity, our sparkle, our intelligence?
This is not the DU that I know and love!

When the going gets tough the tough get GOING!!!:bounce:

1. I agree with you
although I do believe that plenty of people in America are 21st century slaves. There's plenty of peasants here. All the more reason for them to keep fighting.

3. So where is the spine of DU today!

We do not have the time to be weary!

This is the time to carve out a plan.

I am going to make a pledge that I will get involved on a committee that has to do with the State Voting Process.

I will be writing the Secretary of State and telling him I wish to be involved.

I am retired and have plenty of time to fly to Sacramento for hearings and meetings. I want to be a thorn in the side of these people.

Bev Harris, bless her heart, tried to tell us!
She worked like hell to shine the light on voter fraud.

But we will do it now.

Any one with ideas on how we can get involved at the state level , let us know.

Thanks!
