I refuse to watch the news at all for a long, long time. I don't leave the house. I wasn't part of the GOTV campaign because I rarely leave the house and I won't be leaving for a long time.

And before anyone yells at me for not helping... I have a tumor on my pituitary gland and I have gained massive amounts of weight in a few months, I am too dizzy to drive, I am often confused and can barely put a coherent thought together, my muscles hurt constantly, and a million other symptoms.

As far as cable news shows, don't watch 'em, catch the local news when available. Stick to the local newspaper, which is generally okay, and ignore the Republican-heavy editorial sections.

I'm sad that Kerry didn't win because I really like him as a person, and I'm quite horrified by Bush. Did yesterday and today hurt if you're a Dem? Oh yes. But there's tomorrow ahead.
