I live in a largely RW county in Washington State

This county votes mostly Gop, except for the one larger city.

And it votes largely absentee.

With 77,254 ballots sent out and 45,634 returned:

Kerry/Edwards 52.34%
Bush/Cheney 45.94%

That's astounding for this county.

Of course, we still have the punch cards. This county has used them successfully for many years. We know how to make them work. They can be recounted.

This county is skewing Kerry/Edwards and I cannot tell you how amazing that is.

I really have to wonder how much of the rest of the nation is REALLY voting Kerry/Edwards?

Touch screens are not the only problem, totals can be messed with at the central count.

Don't let candidates give up on elections that they should have won.
