1. I'm sorry, but this country gets what it deserves.
Half the country doesn't want to vote?

Young people don't want to vote?

The only problem with that, though, is that those of us who DID vote against this horror of an administration have to deal with all the shit too.

21. Arrrgh.
You place the blame for this debacle squarely on the shoulders of the youth vote? As though the 18-25 demographic were supposed to descend from the heavens and rescue America from four years of media manipulation and terror hysteria? Please, reassess your stance.

There has been a cultural awakening of the left - just walk into any bookstore, listen to how accepted it is to be critical of Bush nowadays. Was it that way in 2002?

I'm disgusted at how people are so quick to blame this not-so-quick, not-so-decisive victory on the youth vote.

This election is being stolen from under our noses, and we're only serving to divide ourselves further if we follow this ridiculous line of thinking.

Nobody deserves to die in an unjust war.

8. I'm still draft age, and I'd be on the list of desirable skills.
And I think that if this country gives Bush another 4 years, a Draft is exactly what it deserves.

12. Besides the obvious disregard for human life,
Why would anybody in their right mind want to give the Bush* administration the warm bodies to further their PNAC goals???

...Already in uniform. The soldiers serving now, need relief.

You can't expect a guy trained to run a sprint to stay in for a marathon...

Recycling the same 3-4 hundred thousand is murder.

15. NOT voting is the same as voting FOR Bush
I say anyone who didn't vote is saying they support Bush and what he stands for.

Sign up then. If you can't vote or don't care enough to vote get your butt over to Iraq and show your commander in chief what you are willing to do for him and his corporate buddies.

25. What else will wake our nation from the drunken stupor?
It seems half our nation doesn't get it. Unfortunatly we are all in this together and they will continue to drag us down. It's not ok to ask some 18yr old to sacrifice 2+ years in Iraq while his peers play video games, watch cable and party. We've all tried very hard to get Kerry elected. Not hard enough. And now we'll pay. With our pay checks our healthcare and our children.

Fuck!
