The explosives story part of a larger picture - their behavior not consistent with someone looking for WMD

would be no casualties. He knew there were no WMD. He had it on good authority...probably the same authority who told him that Jeb would deliver Florida in 2000.

are we not consistently hammering the 'Thugs on this? If they THOUGHT there were WMD, why were they NOT LOOKING FOR THEM? Why were the US Forces NOT securing EVERY site specified in the IAEA breifings of March, 2003?
