How non-partisan is the National Journal?

Just wondering, someone was trying to tell me it's non-partisan and quoting something against Kerry from it.

but the "attack" against kerry is that it rated him the "most liberal" senator of 2003

what the freepers forget, however, is that he has a lifetime rating of 11th most liberal, and the 2003 vote is based almost completely on one issue...which i can't remember, but because he missed a lot of votes due to campaigning

That Hotline guy was on Hardball tonight and is often on CSPAN

And they do profess to be non-partisan.
