This may be a bit tinfoil-y but would you be surprised if the nutjob who "tried to run down" Cruella Harris suddenly got about $100K from a mysterious source after a brief sentence for reckless driving or whatever?

ok folks, this is crazy. I used to work for the guy who tried to run over katherine harris this morning. I painted a few of the buildings he owns in evanston, working for him for most of the summer of 1995. his quotes in the report are totally in character. my job with him stopped abruptly one day, when he had a nervous breakdown and moved to hollywood. guess he has since moved down to florida. he was a nice guy, but totally nuts -sort of an insecure megalomaniac with severe add. he used to introduce himself as "berry seltzer --like the water."
