Poll question: A Powerful Well Written and Lucid Argument. What do you think?
The unbridgeable chasm of doubt: Why faith and government don't mix

Read this awesome article and vote: http://onlinejournal.com/Commentary/082603Kaminski/082603kaminski.html

<Here's a teaser>
Patriotism in America is now the province of outright fools and those who are paid handsomely to mouth the phony slogans while they fix elections, pander to Israel and keep feeding the arms-makers while our bridges crumble, our manufacturing jobs disappear overseas, our food is poisoned, and our savings are taken by rich power czars who confer immunity on themselves because they contribute large sums of cash to those who make our laws.

Be sure to read the article before voting!

1. Someoen is off their meds
The writer seems to assume a conspiracy where he in fact should be assuming the null hypothesis, i.e. Bush didn't know or cause or whatever 9/11. Moreover, the article contains several factual errors, such as Germany's "barter economy" (pure bullshit), and Japan attacking the US because the latter cornered it (no, it attacked the US because it perceived it to be the only nation that could threaten its ability to conquer east and southeast Asia).

2. Actually it's worse than bullshit, it's outright Nazi filth.
Go to rense.com, search for Kaminiski's name, and wade through his columns. In "Thomas Jefferson Calling" will be found a warning to exclude Jews from anti-war protests (because they will betray the cause).

In "Heads They Win, Tails We Lose" will be a warning that the Jewish-controlled press is hiding the truth about 9-11 and much else.

Kaminski is an insect.

3. WHAT?
I voted "somebody's off their meds" pretty reluctantly, but now all doubts I had are gone. Thanks for telling me, Jim.

4. Like Dubya, Kaminski's definitely not a fact checker
Like Dubya, Kaminski's definitely not a fact checker.

I haven't bothered to read this yet, but in a previous article by him, also carried on onlinejournal, he made some glaring errors not of the sort that would require real research to uncover but of the sort which a little reading or some judicious use of Google would have easily debunked. The first and most glaring error in the article (which I communicated to him in an e-mail to which he never replied) was his repetition of the claim that the Payne Stewart airplane had been intercepted within 10 minutes of loss of contact with the control tower which is a claim which had been thoroughly debunked by then (it looks like sometime around ten minutes until one realizes that the plane crossed time zones and the 10 minutes figure involves local times across said time zones --so the time to interception was actually over an hour more).

He also made some very questionable claims in that article about how the WTC towers collapse was somehow mysterious and couldn't have been caused by the heat of the fire (bringing up the melting point of steel --which is irrelevant).

5. The melting point of steel
Actually, at one point the fires were pretty close to the boiling point of steel - I read that they reached 3000 degrees Celsius, whereas the melting point of steel is 1535 and the boiling point is somewhere in the low 3000's.

6. Temperature
I read that they reached 3000 degrees Celsius

Yeah well, he must have thought that since kerosene doesn't seem to produce a too awfully hot flame when you stick it in a lamp the temperature couldn't have gotten that hot in the WTC. Obviously I think he might be wrong in that estimation (though I also wouldn't mind references to the sort of high temperatures which you claim).

Anyway, the original URL at Online Journal seems to be gone but it's easy enough to find elsewhere as it has been posted at other places (such as http://www.geocities.com/javedahmad/911.pdf or http://216.239.53.104/search?q=cache:www.geocities.com/javedahmad/911.pdf for a non PDF version)

7. Y'know, when you split a million nuclei of uranium...
...you don't even notice that, so obviously when you split a 24-digit number of such nuclei, nothing's gonna happen, either... :eyes:
