1. Education, transportation, research, healthcare, communication....

2. Projects such as these are more difficult to corrupt... there is much more
oversight... regulation, whistleblowers... now when you are thousands of miles from home in a warzone.... things get a little looser and easier to "adjust" for your own benefit.... whatever did happen to the Halliburton and KBR whistleblowers? Are they sleeping with the fish perhaps?

Pirating the American taxpayer... a way of life for some... a holy crusade for others.

4. Per Iraqi (25 million) it's $8,000.00 or $334.00 per month since...
...the Iraq War began in March 2003 to the end of this year which is when the $200 billion will be all spent. Could have dropped bundles of money, bags of clothing and pallets of food and medicine and that would have won the hearts and minds of the Iraqis far quicker than bunker busters bombs. But then Saddam and his sons would have still remained in power and George W Bush would never have been able to land on that aircraft carrier. Dip-wad!
