A thought back to 9/1/2003 - if only I could post the picture
You know, a while back, Mark Slackmeyer (Doonesbury "radio DJ", life partner is a Repuke, both are admitted homosexuals) got a new haircut.

This was revealed right after his life partner was commenting on the trend in the gay community for guys to have a certain hair style where the very front of the hair (right over the forehead) was straight up, and the hair behind it was somewhat pushed forward.

As an example of the hairstyle (I'm not saying he's gay, but Steve Burton - Jason Morgan of General Hospital sports it) is this:

Well, my point here - there was one kid at the 9/1/2003 Richfield protest who was very pro-Bush. I asked the "father" (turns out it was his uncle) if he was willing to sacrifice his "son" for Bush's war.

Later, the picture appeared in the Akron Beacon Journal online, and there was the "code" haircut.

Hmm, wonder how he is going to manage to stay out of the military. Can you say "Mary Cheney"?
