Whoever had the idea to have CNN and MSNBC's debate coverage outside...
needs to be fired. Having the crowd of college students holding signs and yelling at nothing was extremely distracting, and did not portray my generation in a flattering light. I felt like I was watching fucking TRL, not coverage of the Presidential debate to decide the most important election ever.

Chris Matthews: "Why are you supporting the President?"
Drunken Fratboy: "Because he's shown that he's a steady leader during a time of war. WHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!"

Ron Reagan, Jr: "Why are you supporting Senator Kerry?"
Ignorant Sorority Chick: "Because he's awesome! WHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!"

1. It really proved the point that they are NOT
to be taken seriously. It's entertainment (dubious) and should not be remotely considered news nor new analysis.

2. They are "excitement junkies".. If CNN & MSGOP could figure out a way
they would have "cheering crowds" & pom poms at the Scott Peterson trial..

It's all about the frosting...not the cake :(
