To Blame or Not To Blame Kucinich?
I can't wait untill Primaries when a small amount of people voting for Kucinich allows another candidate (Lieberman or Gephie) to steal the election from Dean or Kerry .
Then I can create a Nader like conspiracy and funnel my hate against Kucinich for running!!!

This ones for all you NaderHaters!!!!!!
Divide and Die must be your motto

1. Takes voted from Gephardt
Kucinich's strong pro-union and trade stands actually will probably take as many, if not more, votes from Gephardt as from Dean. This may help Dean (and Kerry) in places like Iowa and Michigan.

2. just as a point of order...
if enough people vote for Kucinich to allow Lierberman or Geperhardt to win...L or G won't have stolen the election...they will have won fair and square...

Dean or Kerry have no automatic right to the nomination...they have to win it..

3. I don't think Gep or Lieberman will come close
to either Dean or Kerry. I'd much rather see Kucinich stay in than Gep or Lieb.

4. I sincerely hope
that if your scenario does come to pass, there will be no blaming of Kucinich. There is too much infighting already, IMHO.

9. I wouldn't.........
I'm just being cynical and trying to show the absurdity of those that continue to this day point the blame on Nader.

I do happen to believe that this senario may come to pass. And those that are to believe that Dean or Kerry will gain a larger following then Lieberman or Gephhardt, must be forgetting that a large population of democrats are sheep and are not willing to undergo such a transformation in governament by electing a president that will attempt to shake things up a bit. Safe-n-Sound is where the elderly play.

5. blame!
let me put it out there, kucinich should drop out of the race, just like nader should have with gore. He, like nader has good thoughts and ideologies, but has no reasonable chance of winning and will simply help to elect bush by sapping the strength and funds of Dean, Kerry and others who could beat the shrub.

Peace

7. Nope
That is not correct. Kucinich should stay as long as he wants, he has important ideas. The bonus is, unlike Nader, he will support the Democratic nominee. Plus, unlike Nader, he speaks out more than once every four years. :)

6. Is that sarcasm?
I can't tell if you're serious or not. If so, tough shit. You want your favorite candidate to get the nomination, you've got a year to convince Democratic voters they're worth voting for. Since Kucinich is the only progressive liberal running in the primary, he's going to get the votes of those of us the DLC hasn't run out of the party yet. Besides, watching Dean's progress, I seriously doubt that Lieberman or Gephart will beat him, regardless of who votes Kucinich. So stop crying about it prematurely.

8. How about blaming the idiots that vote for Lieberman?
After all if that boring censorship monkey wins the nomination we're doomed.

13. How about blaming those that voted for Bush in 2000?
Lets see if only 1/2 of eligable voters voted in 2000, and less then 1/2 of those voted for Bush, subtract the Discremented(Blacks/Criminals) and well you do the math. It's under the 25% of Voters that wanted him in office.......50 million reason of blame

I mean wouldn't these 25% of shepple gain a larger percentage of those Nader Haters Hate? But Noooooooo.. Instead this energy is focused into hating Nader......

So if after all is said and done after the Primaries and it boils down to Bush/Lieberman on the Ticket, Nader decides to run, What the hell are we gonna do? Sell our soul? just like the Dems have been doing?

Thats all im getting at........

10. hold up
to clear my point up, while I do support dean I would vote for any democratic candidate without hesitation (except perhaps for lieberman). That definetly includes Kucinich. Dont get me wrong, i like the guy! But all the same, I think he could drive independent voters away. Before you start calling me a centrist idiot, I have to point out that any possible obstacle to a democratic victory in 2004 must be taken seriously. A second bush term would be a catastrophe,we all agree with that.

p.s sorry, came on a bit too strong.

Peace

11. Civics 101
It's called a primary son.

Nader is a self-serving ass. He's not the corporate-busting saint he's made out to be.

12. WHAT!?!?
Your sarcasm is asinine and your premise is flawed.

It's the other candidates taking votes away from Kucinich. Claiming they're the antiwar candidate and pro-labor, claiming they have what it takes to take on Bush when they've been kowtowing to him for the past two and a half years. They're all Dennis-lite!

There's one clear choice to turn the tide from these cheap labor Republicans in power. Those that see it are going to wake enough people up to that fact, and we'll welcome you with open arms when you finally come around.

15. Gephardt is 100 times better than Dean or Kerry
Dean is a Republican-lite, just like Lieberman, and Kerry is just another rich Skull & Bones Yalie.

I'll take a progressive populist like Gephardt over those two fakers anyday. Sure, Gaphardt has been around for a while and made many decisions I disagree with, but he's a 100 times better on economic issues that Kerry or Dean.

16. Gephardt?
Mr. "I'll sign an executive order to overrule the Supreme Court"?

The man has been in politics for how long and he still hasn't read the Constitution? I'm sorry, Gephardt's dumb as a doorknob.

19. Gephardt's record is good
Unlike Dean, who has been the governor of a small state, Gephardt has a lot of experience in the federal government. His voting record is great, especially on economic issues and labor rights.

If Kucinich drops out, I'm voting for Gephardt. I will not support Kerry nor Dean in the primaries, just like I wouldn't vote for Lieberman nor Graham.

20. Are you familiar with Gephardt's voting record?
He is heavily supported by unions, for good reason, since his voting record on economic issues is about 100%.

I didn't like a lot of his foreign policy and war votes, but that's no reason to vote GOP-Lite like Dean or Lieberman. Kerry may as well be in the Bush family, his ties to those networks are so close.

17. Wha??
So what are you saying...that Bush really did win in 2000?

While I'm not convinced that Kucinich will win the nomination, I am very glad that he is running and bringing up issues that the other candidates will have to address or be looked at in ridicule.

22. Like issues that Nader brought up????
They shut him out like a perfect game. Neither Bush nore Gore wanted to get in the ring with him. What were they afraid of??
Remember the debates????? Remember a presidential nominee being shewed away by security????

I wouldn't look for any intersting arguments anytime soon. I am once again looking for a Coca Cola/Pepsi election where one says this, One says that, sounds the same, what choice is that? Promises Promises that are never kept, lines of crap.

21. The posisibilty has occurred to me
that splitting the vote on the anti-war candidates increases the odds of the others, which is why I will not vote in support for Kuchinich - though ideologically he is preferred.

23. What other antiwar candidates?
Kucinich is THE antiwar candidate. No other has been fighting near the level he has.

Distinguish action from rhetoric.
