www.veteransforamerica.com

They were on www.radioleft.com today and I think they may be on with Guy tomorrow. A and BHN thank you both along with every one else making a difference and Rick asked me as well to tell everyone thank you.

All Rick and his brothers are trying to do is stand up for our military. Are you ready and willing to help?

From earlier today:

I just received a phone call from Rick in Nogales, AZ. He asked for our help to help them have their message be heard. He asked for me to enlist the aid of whoever I can to call the DNC and whoever else we can to ask for some national media coverage so that more can hear what they have to say. Rick can be reached at 915-630-3036. website is www.veteransforamerica.com

I just got off the phone with the DNC, Communications Desk, had to leave a message 202-863-8148.

I did at one point actually talk with someone named Brian, his cell number is 202-257-1647 and he is in media, but was too busy to talk and gave me the above number and said to leave a message for Prad (?) or Melissa.

Please make the calls and help to get the message that Rick and his brothers are sharing that so many Americans need to hear.

Thanks in advance DU'ers, I know we can help them.

Here's their calendar for the rest of the road trip:

3. Do you have someone who writes press releases or puts together
press kits with the info.

6. Yes, I do believe someone is doing press, I could be wrong. Rick called
me this morning as in early Friday and asked me to help. If any one here can help with press and getting the message out please do so. Thank you.

I talked with all of Tucson earlier today. Interestingly enough, the newspapers were friendly and enthusiastic, the major media outlets, ABC, NBC and CBS were nothing but cold and not friendly at all. I was dismissed. Period.

As we all know the most of the media are not friendly nor are they concerned anymore with being our 4th estate. They've all been bought. So it's up to us. Join in friends.

See you all on the other side of hell.

4. Is the message just to support our military? How?
Edited on Fri Oct-08-04 11:20 PM by w4rma
Higher wages/benefits/amenities? Better, more accessible medical care? End the backdoor draft? Get them some international help in Iraq? Get as many as possible home, ASAP?

5. Have you gone to their website, have you listened to one speech?
When you do, get back with me, better yet, you might be motivated to get involved. Thanks.

7. Thanks for posting this link. What a great site.
These are the guys that the media should be talking to, not the not-so-swifties.

8. So grateful you checked in and listened. That's the message that needs

to be heard and that they've asked me to help to spread. Can and will you help in any way?

I just got through with writing Tucson the right act in State forums and I do apologize, sort of.. not really. I'm so happy the brothers and their message touched you. Every time I listen to Rick, I cry for us all. Keep your head up for tomorrow on Guy James.

Thanks
