3. Here's what Insourcing is.........
Insourcing is when a company like Intel or GE decides it can save money by getting rid of it's copyroom / mailroom by contracting with IKON or Canon to come in and run it for them. Many times the contractor or vendor will also hire the copyroom / mailroom employees or the Intel/GE may require that the vendor do that as part of the agreement. Mailroom/copyroom employee just gets their check signed from a different company now....(among other things)

worse working conditions, longer hours or staff reductions.

Kudlow is a simpering sycophant. He represents the worst of the repuke capital is everything mentality. If he ever had to actually work for an hour, he'd disintegrate.

6. I'd like to know how significant it is
I mean, comparing jobs lost by outsourcing to jobs gained by insourcing. I wonder if there's any figures.
