Poll question: A poll question
I hear lots of right-wingers say if Hillary jumped in the race, she would easily win the nomination. Me, I don't think so. Not easily, but she would have a great chance but I still think she would be challenged or I may be wrong. My poll question is if Hillary jumped in the race, would you vote or endorse her for the nomination?

1. NOT ANOTHER HILLARY THREAD!
Sweet JEBUS! Are you people NUTS?

Trolls (not that I'm saying you are one, VermontDem, but look and see who kicked of the spate of Hillary threads this morning -- I don't know who that is-- I won't waste my time) and odds are you'll find your Young Republican gettin' paid $7.00/hr to surf the web and post bullshit like this.

And damnit, WE HAVE TO STOP FALLING FOR IT!

I'm sick of watching so many of us do the Emperor's Dirty Work for him!

2. There are other Hillary threads?
Edited on Thu Aug-28-03 04:59 PM by VermontDem2004
The only one I seen was "Hillary talks to her advisors about running in '04" but you posted it like there are several going around. I posted this out of curiousity, and ever since I donated a few days ago I barely got this create-a-poll feature so I am having fun with it.

7. not me
I heard many democrats say she wouldn't win the nomination. Bill O'reilly says this for example everytime I see him talk about Hillary. Also Scarborough has said this, which democrat has said this?

4. "doesn’t eat into Dean’s lead…Dean is the only one who could hold his own"

Under the Clinton scenario, Kerry would fall into the second tier of Democratic hopefuls, favored by just 16 percent of voters. All the other Democratic candidates would be relegated to the single digits.

Dean’s support among independent- and reform-minded voters seems intact with or without Clinton in the race while Kerry would find his base of support among traditional Democratic voters threatened, according to Herald pollster R. Kelly Myers.

"If Hillary Clinton suddenly expressed some interest in the race, the biggest potential loser is Kerry," Myers told the Herald. "She doesn’t eat into Dean’s lead at all ... As of today, Dean is the only one who could hold his own (against Clinton)."

8. Alright - it looks like we still have a majority here!

For a while I thought the tide was turning against Dean here, but it looks like at least so far, he is still the most popular candidate here. But only about 40 people have voted so far, so it is too early to tell.
