BBV - Ex-Diebold employee to run Solano elections
FAIRFIELD -- Diebold Election Systems may have lost Solano County's voting machine contract, but that didn't stop the county from hiring a former Diebold employee to run local elections.

Deborah Seiler - who helped sell Solano County nearly 1,200 touchscreen voting machines that were not officially certified and were later banned and returned to their manufacturer - became Solano County's elections manager this week.
(snip)
Seiler spent eight years working for Sequoia Voting Systems, a competitor of both Diebold and Election Systems and Software, the vendor Solano County chose to replace Diebold's equipment. She also spent 12 years working for the Secretary of State's election division.

1. Also ex-SOS staff
This is the "revolving door" again.

Before she worked for Diebold, she worked in California's Secretary of State office - for the elections division...

Obviously this is not an official response from the new Solano Director of Elections.

6. There is a very active Beat Bush group in Davis which is
headquarters for Yolo County. They can be contacted at yolobeatbush2004.org. They have many volunteers walking precincts, phone banking, and a big GOTV effort. I believe we talked about helping in Solano County. Give them a call or email.
