Anyone who survived the 60s or 70s and lived the life of a Hollywood star, could not have avoided being in the same room with drugs. This doesn't mean that everyone in the room was participating, it's just that during that time you could not go to a Hollywood party where people weren't doing drugs. Heck there were hardly any parties in the whole country that you couldn't find someone in the corner blowing a joint.

It was the 70's when Arnold came to America, he was a bodybuilder in California, steroids weren't illegal yet, and he admitted using them. You can see him smoking a joint after he won Mr. Olympia in the 1975 documentary, Pumping Iron. He's full of shit. He did all kinds of drugs.

Plus, he is pro-choice and pro-Brady Bill. The only bone he has seemed to throw the Robertson wing is his stance against gay marriage - which may be enough for them, who knows. I am talking about how these interviews could add to what MAY be latent suspicions on that part of the party not ready to throw support behind him.
